Is nail polish flammable?

Our nail polish is moderately flammable and caution should be used. Keep away from open flame, spark, and high heat. Only keep in original container. Make sure to use in a well ventilated area.
Do you test your products on animals?

No. This nail polish base is vegan & cruelty free. See our ingredients.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly produced & manufactured in Canada.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in North America. As a Canadian company, we offer discounted rates shipping through Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to ship an item?

Our shipping times are estimates and calculated when the item/s leave the workshop. 

What is your production time?

Our items are made to order and require a 48 hour production time. Your item is placed in queue and shipped as soon as it is complete. If, in any circumstance that your item/s will be delayed passed the 48 hours, you will be immediately notified.

Do you accept returns?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if my refund is missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Can I return a sale item?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will give you further instructions on shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
